However, if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product, then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.
We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we believe that is at the best price the customer can get the product. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.
Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:
If you have received damaged product or stain or other reasons or the wrong item, please mail us at [email protected] with your order number and couple of pictures of defected or wrong product within 24 hours of product delivery.
We will try and replace the product as soon as possible, If that product replacement is not possible then We will issue full refund of product price.
Conditions for Returns or Exchange:
Luxortrends has a simple and hassle-free return and/or exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:
- For apparel, we offer a five-day return policy. However, made-to-order styles are not returnable. Jewellery and accessories are only eligible for return within two days from the delivery date only in India.
- The product must be returned in its original condition. Any product sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn, unused or unwashed. Products that are found to be worn, used, damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
- Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
- With regards to international orders(outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchange of any product.
Returns or Exchange Procedure:
- The returns/exchange procedure can be initiated by writing an e-mail to [email protected], within 3 days of delivery of the product. Alternatively, you can Whatsapp on +91-6354817110, mentioning your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- You can return the product by shipping it back to Luxortrends by sending it to the address provided by us. You will be solely responsible to ensure that the product is delivered to Luxortrends in good condition and Luxortrends will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
- For select pin codes within India, our delivery service can pick-up the product from you. This pick-up service is chargeable, and Luxortrends shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
- The exchange product sent back to the customer by Luxortrends, will be through free shipping mode.
Luxortrends will send you a confirmatory e-mail upon receiving the products. Upon undertaking quality test and inspecting the product, Luxortrends will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products with opening video or pics within 3 working days of receiving the product.
If Luxortrends accepts the return request, value of the product returned will be credited to either your Luxortrends Wallet or the original account / mode of payment in 7(Seven) working days of receiving the product. However, if Luxortrends rejects the return/exchange we will ship the product back to you.

Color and Description Discrepancy
The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. www.luxortrends.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.
