We are always looking forward to give you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things Indian! However, if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product, then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.
We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we believe that is at the best price the customer can get the product. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.
Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:
If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and couple of pictures of defected or wrong product within 3 Days of delivery. We will issue 70% refund of product price. (30% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring Charges.)
We will try and replace the product as soon as possible, If that product replacement is not possible only in that case, we will return that much amount.
You can raise your exchange request within two days of delivery on email email@example.com
Without receiving a confirmation email from the support team, the exchange will not be initiated.
With regards to international orders(outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchange of any product.
The product that needs to be exchanged must be returned in the original condition with all parts/tags/accessories intact. Without the original condition of the product, the exchange will not be validated.
In case of complaints regarding any damage or stain or other reasons must be reported within 24 hours of purchasing the product. We would require an image of the same for us to examine.
Kindly note refund/return not available.
Customers have to ship the product to our address for exchange orders. We will not arrange any pick up for exchange products.
(NOTE- Stitched catalogue amount cannot be refunded anyway)
In case of Product replacement, you have to send back the parcel with return packing slip within 5 Days. (For that parcel, courier charges will be paid by customer)
As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse, inspected and found to be in order, then only you will get refund for damaged product. Refund will take time to reflect in customer’s account about 4 to 5 working days.
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
Sale of clearance sale items is final and will not be exchanged. Exchange or refund of sale items is done only in case of damaged product.
Threads and Sequences coming off:
We hope that people, who buy product with threads and sequences, understand that it has tendency to come off. Even with goods handling and shipping this cannot be avoided. Hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
Color and Description Discrepancy
The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. www.luxortrends.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.
